Born and raised in Unionville, MO. My wife Jennifer and I have been married for 26 years. We have three daughters Jalynn, Cady, and Avery and we love this place that we call home. My whole life has been centered around real estate. My father has been a licensed broker for 35 years.I grew up with an uncle and father who were both entrepreneurs and real estate buyers as well as developers. Hobbies
I enjoy riding dirt bikes and buying motorcycles of all kinds. Hunting for lost golf balls and working are a couple more of my favorites. I also enjoy going to a good auction. My wife and I especially enjoy going to live concerts and plays.

Darl has been a real estate associate with our company for 5 years. He had a successful 28 year career in Education as a teacher, principal and superintendent. After retiring from the Putnam County R1 Schools, he served for 12 years in an administrative position with Truman State University. Kris Altiser grew up in Unionville MO and Centerville IA. Kris has been married for 10 years to his wife Donna and has one daughter. I was born in Unionville and raised in the northeastern part of Putnam County. I spent my school age years attending Putnam County schools as well. I enjoy being outside; hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles and driving around in my side x side. I married my wife Becky in 2010 and we lived in Putnam County until we decided to relocate to Corydon, IA in order to be closer to Becky’s job. I grew up hunting and fishing mostly in northeastern Putnam County but have had the pleasure of doing both all over the county, as well as in several different states. My family has a background in construction and I have experience in the field myself. I am currently employed at Dun-lap Manufacturing and have been for 20 years. Megan Hendee was born and raised in Putnam County, Missouri. She is married to Larry Hendee, also part of the United Country-Gilworth Real Estate team. Lyn and Donnie both grew up on farms in the Midwest and learned an early appreciation for hard work and rural lifestyle. Lyn grew up in south central Nebraska. She worked 26 years for John Deere. Positions included the healthcare facility buyer, corporate office buyer, and ending her career at the Ankeny factory as an electronic and plastic buyer. Brandon McLagan is one of the newest agents on our team. After graduating high school, Brandon went straight to auctioneer school and has been in the auction world for over 20 years selling just about everything that you can think of. From cattle to zebras and everything in between, he is now excited to get started selling your properties. He was a two time qualifier for the World Livestock Auctioneer Championship and the 2018 Missouri Livestock Marketing Association Champion Auctioneer. Rachael was born in Shelby County Missouri and spent the first several years of
her life surrounded by row crop and family farming operations. After moving to
Putnam County, she was raised with frequent trips back to her grandparents’
farm so she always stayed connected to her roots. After high school she went to
Northwest Missouri State University and graduated with a degree in Business
Management.

Haley Yadon, from Adair County, MO is married to her high school sweetheart, Kiefer, and together they have their daughter, Piper.
